Ting-Ju Lin is a managing editor of the Journal of Design, and a PhD candidate in the Department of Industrial and Commercial Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech). She received an MA from the Institute of Applied Arts at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, and studied in the School of Creative Arts at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. Her interests engage with innovative design, experience design, human factors in interaction design, information/visual design, creative design, and design methods.

Dr. Chien-Hsiung Chen is currently a full-time professor in the Department of Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. His cross-disciplinary research involves human factors in industrial/interaction design, color theories and applications, design languages and representations, design methods and strategies, user experience research and design, user interface design and usability engineering, and design research methodology.
