Chen-Fu Yang is a project manager at Industrial Technology Research Institute, a co-leader of the Dechnology (Design Thinking + Technology Innovation) project of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, a founder of 5% Design Action, a co-founder of Service Design Network Taiwan, and a Ph.D. Candidate in Industrial Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He received an M.A. in Business Management from National Cheng Kung University, and an M.A. in Finance Management from Southern Illinois University. His specialty includes Branding, Service Design, Social Innovation, and Financial Analysis.

Tung-Jung Sung received a B.S. degree in Industrial Design from National Cheng Kung University, an M.A. in Industrial Design from Ohio State University, and a Ph.D. in Management from Macquarie University. He is now Distinguished Professor and Chairman in the Department of Industrial and Commercial Design at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. His recent design and research interests have focused on intelligent product design, service design, design management, and social innovation & design. He has had research articles accepted for publication in Design Studies, International Journal of Design, International Journal of Technology Management, and Sensors & Actuators A: Physical, Touchpoint: The Journal of Service Design, and Design Management Journal.
